Services Provided

We offer residential and/or commercial pet waste removal services, including:

  • One-time or recurring yard cleanups

  • Pet waste removal from grass, gravel, patios, or designated areas

  • Waste disposal in your trash bin.

Scheduling & Access

  • Regular services occur on a consistent day each week unless otherwise notified.

  • We must have outside access only. Due to insurance policy, we DO NOT enter homes under any circumstances.

  • We must have safe, unobstructed access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gates, no aggressive pets present).

  • If we cannot access your yard safely, we will attempt to contact you by ringing the doorbell, knocking, and calling the number we have on file. If we are unable to reach you, our tech will wait we will 5-10 minutes before departing.

  • Please Note : Service will be considered completed and will be billed.

  • At Kanine Cleanup Crew, we’re all about hassle-free service! If your gate requires a key or combination, we kindly recommend sharing that info with us before your first cleanup-just in case you’re not home on service day. This helps us keep your yard clean and your pets happy without any interruptions. Rest assured, all access details are kept strictly confidential and used only to provide your scheduled service.

Weather & Holidays

  • Services will continue during most weather conditions. However, service may be postponed in the event of extreme weather, such as ice, lightening, heavy rain or snowfall.

  • Kanine Cleanup Crew will be closed on the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after

  • Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day

Yard Conditions

  • For the safety of our team and to ensure quality service, yards must be reasonably maintained and accessible.

  • Excessively tall grass, leaves, or debris may hinder our ability to locate waste.

  • If yard conditions prevent safe or effective, service, we will notify you right away. In these cases, the visit will be considered completed and billed at the full service rate. Service may be rescheduled once conditions have been corrected.

Waste Disposal

  • Waste will be securely bagged and placed in your designated outdoor trash bin.

    Billing & Payments

    Kanine Cleanup Crew will bill on a per-service basis.

  • Payment Method: A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file.

  • Billing Schedule: The card on file will be charged at the per service rate for your plan plus applicable sales tax after each cleaning is completed.

  • Receipts: An email receipt will be sent for each payment.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, service will be paused until the balance is paid.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a that service.

    This policy is designed to give our customers peace of mind by paying only after the work is done, while ensuring reliable, consistent service.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    At Kanine Cleanup Crew , we strive to provide reliable , consistent , and high-quality service. We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to make our cancellation policy fair for both our clients and our team.

    Service Cancellations

  • Single Visit Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that service.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be billed in full

  • If we arrive and cannot access your property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions, the visit will be considered completed and billed.

  • Pausing or Stopping Service : You may pause or cancel your ongoing service at any time with at least 3 days’ notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid further charges.

  • Refunds

    Because we operate on a postpaid billing system:

  • You will only be billed after a service is completed.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where: The service was not performed due to our error or a duplicate charge occurred.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed unless we are notified of an issue within 24 hours and we are unable to resolve it.

  • Weather & Safety

  • In cases of severe weather , unsafe conditions , or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your service.

  • We will always notify you as soon as possible , and you will not be charged for any visit we cancel due to these reasons.

  • Card-On-File Payments

    All payments are processed automatically using the card you have on file with us. If you cancel or pause your services before your next visit, no further charges will be made.


    Pet Safety & Liability

  • Friendly pets may remain in the yard during service as long as they do not interfere with the cleaning process or pose a safety risk to our technicians.

  • If pet becomes aggressive or prevents access to any part of the yard, service may be postponed or skipped for that visit and the job will be considered completed and will be billed.

  • Your pet’s safety is our number one priority as well as making sure your yard is spotless and poop free. All gates are relocked, and a locked gate picture will be sent to you after each service to give you and us peace of mind that the gate has been secured. If there are any issues with your gate, we will notify you immediately.

  • At Kanine Cleanup Crew, your peace of mind matters. All of our technicians undergo thorough background checks prior to employment to ensure the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and trust. Our team members are trained to respect your property, pets, and privacy during every visit.

    Service Refusal

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if:

  • Yard conditions are unsanitary or unsafe (e. g., high grass excess debris

  • There is evidence of aggressive animals

  • Repeated failure to make payment

    Dangerous Pet Policy

  • For the safety of our technicians, aggressive or dangerous pets must be secured before the scheduled service time.

  • If our team feels unsafe due to an unsecured pet, we reserve the right to skip service for that visit. In such cases, the visit will be considered complete and billed.

  • If a pet has a known history of aggression, you must inform us in advance. Repeated incidents or failure to disclose known risks may result in permanent cancellation of service.

  • We love animals and do our best to respect your pets and your property. However, we must prioritize the safety of our team during each visit.

Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms occasionally and will notify active clients of changes.
